It has been recorded that the healthy fats (monounsaturated) found in avocados can increase the success rate of IVF. Avocados also boast an ample amount of valuable vitamins, minerals and nutrients such as vitamin K, potassium, folic acid and fibre, all of which are super important during each stage of pregnancy, particularly the beginning.

Walnuts are also an important addition to this dish! Walnuts will not only offer an incredible texture and flavour to this recipe they also have an important role to play in the overall nutritional profile of this meal. Packed with omega 3’s and 6’s they are going to support brain health and in turn help regulate hormones. Walnuts are also great for the fella’s; research suggests that eating walnuts regularly can improve the health of their semen resulting in not only more but better motility too.

It is important Women trying to conceive are getting plenty of omega 3-s from the food they are eating.
