1/2 Cup Frozen Acai berries
1 Lg Frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 sachet Vivalex Reproductive Blend
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 Tbsp Coconut butter
1/3 Cup Apple juice, adjust amount according to desired consistency
½ cup Ice
Muesli/granola of choice
- Place all the smoothie bowl ingredients into a high-speed blender with metal blade. Blend on high speed for 1 minute or until smooth, scrape down sides as you go if needed. Add a little extra liquid to reach desired consistency if required.
- Spoon into a serving bowl and top with your choice of muesli or granola along with slices of banana, apple and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
